The Fiddleheads Board of Directors hereby gives notice of a Special Meeting
to be held on May 26, 2026 at 6:30 pm
Virtually via Google Meet
For the purpose of conducting the following business:
1. Review/Approval of Submission of Application for Community Investment Fund Grant
2. Review of Executive Limitations Reports on Financial Conditions and Activities – Annual 2025 and Q1 of 2026
3. Executive Session – to approve prior executive session minutes and discuss GM evaluation/compensation

Member-Owners are welcome to attend all Fiddleheads’ Board of Director’s meetings, although only Board Members and
other specifically invited guests may attend Executive Sessions of the Board.
