Last Chance! Quarterly Coupon Expires 6/30Use your Quarterly Coupon to Maximize your Savings! We've been really excited about our new ownership benefits programs since we rolled them out at our Magical 8th birthday party in February. Here, you'll find some tips on bulk buying and bulk cooking; ways to keep your pantry stocked at a low cost while keeping you & yours healthy. Come stock up on your favorite staples and sale items before June 30th! This article from Nutrition Stripped makes bulk buying foolproof. Great ideas for keeping your pantry organized and shopping efficiently and economically! Bounty of Bulk: Throughout the summer making cool grain-based salads like Tabbouleh, Quinoa Salad and Rice Salad are great for bringing to potluck parties or keeping in the fridge for when it's just too hot to cook. Grains & Beans can be kept in the bulk bags we provide or switched over to a mason jar for easy storage in the pantry. Nuts and Seeds make a great addition to many of these dishes but can also be used in a variety of ways from topping oatmeal or as a quick protein packed snack. The Kitchn outlines freezing nuts for ultimate nutrient preservation and shelf life. Oils: Coconut, Canola and Olive Oil are good things to have in the pantry for cooking (and more!) but are often costly for high quality products. Buying your oils with a quarterly coupon can help you save immensely. These shelf stable products can often be kept in a dark cupboard (heat can make oils go rancid so be sure not to leave them in a hot spot!). Vitamins & Supplements: If you take a daily vitamin regimen you often can tell how long a bottle of any given supplement will last you. Use this as an opportunity to set yourself up and buy your vitamins at a discount so you can stay supplemented without breaking the bank! Frozen: It's hot out there! Try natural frozen fruit bars to stock your freezer with, they're delicious for all and can help cool kids off in a pinch! Keep yourself stocked for unexpected visitors or just time when you don't want to make a trip to the store: Alvarado's Bread, Meats, Amy's Pizzas and Saffron Road Entrees are all effective ways to keep yourself ready for anything!
