Game Day Eats + Craft Beer TreatsWhen you think of Fiddleheads you might not think of Football season: bros, Brady or the Bengals--but, we're here to tell you, don't count us out. What we may lack in athleticism, we make up for with creative culinary guts & glory. We've got six great snacks and beer match-ups to double down on indulgence this Fall Football season! Roquamole & Smuttynose Hayseed Ale We all love guacamole, but every now and then it could use a little twist. Adapted from a Nigella Lawson original, try this Roquamole: Roquefort-Guacamole. Blue Cheese, Sour Cream, and Avocado make this the coolest dip. We recommend using Point Reyes Blue Cheese for an All-American twist. Pair it alongside a Session Ale for a refreshing interlude. Coconut Kettle Corn & Glutiny Golden Ale There's nothing as good as popcorn when tuned in to the T.V. but this Coconut Kettle Corn elevates your average movie theater snack to a new level. Rich coconut and sweet flavorful brown sugar give it a depth and sweetness that can't be beat. Pair it with a Glutiny Golden Ale for a smooth compliment. Vegan Nacho Fries & Road 2 Ruin IPA These Vegan Nacho Fries are a one-dish feast. Baked Sweet Potato Fries, topped with fixings like Amy's Chili, Cashew Queso, and chopped red onion, cilantro, scallion and avocado slices! Pair it with a bold double IPA to make your nachos extra macho. Adobo Chicken Wings & Hop Nosh IPA We've Got Wings! Fresh in, chicken wings are at the Co-op. Beyond buffalo sauce there's a lot to do with these delicious cuts. Try these Adobo Chicken Wings, with soy sauce, bay leaves and adobo these spicy deep flavors pair well with a ginger spiked dipping sauce. Pair it with a bright IPA for optimal enjoyment. Steak 'N' Bacon Cheddar Meatballs & The Naughty Nurse These (excessively) decadent meatballs might just be the king of your Superbowl spread, but why wait for February? Enjoy them solo on a toothpick or on toasted Fabled Foods Sourdough slices. Pair with City Steam's The Naughty Nurse for a doubly devious indulgence. Apple Blondies & Granola Brown Once Fall hits, it seems every sweet treat has to be pumpkin spice but don't overlook America's favorite fruit. These Apple Blondies balance fall spices, apple's sweetness and the supreme perfection of Blondies. Pair it with a Granola Brown Ale to keep it crunchy! Store Snippets!
